As Vice President of Black Dog Films and President of SilverTip Productions, Ryan has worn many hats including Producer, Associate Producer, Executive Producer, Co Producer, 1st AD, Director, Production Manager, and Post Production Supervisor in many of the Discovery Channel films of Black Dog Films, including “The Search for Lewis and Clark”, “Lion of the Americas”, “Anaconda”, “Death of a Bison Bull”, and “The Last Phantom”

In addition to his work with Documentaries, Ryan has been involved in numerous national commercial productions as a 1st Assistant Director , Assistant Producer, Location Scout/ Manager, Production Coordinator, 2nd AD, for companies like Suzuki, Lincoln Mercury, Mitsubishi, Toyota, and Cars Direct.com. On a regional level, Ryan has produced Montana Addy Award winning commercials for the “Caravan”, ”Universal Athletics”, “Schnee’s Boot”, and “Montana Dry Goods”.

Ryan is currently involved in product development and Executive Producing for Black Dog Films.
